A. OPENING THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

I wrote to all my five recipients today. By doing that I’ve put myself ahead of schedule for my Climatic tasks. I don’t necessarily feel like anything earth shattering has happened through this other than it felt good to accomplish something. Maybe this is why I don’t communicate like this more often. The payoff is not what I’m looking for. Most everyone returned their goodwill. As of today, one pair of friends that I haven’t seen or spoken to in three years have not returned my note. Otherwise, I feel like I’ve been heard and creating a person worthy of positive experiences focused on giving.

My Course In Miracles work continues to help me focus on happiness. More specifically how giving and receiving are the same thing to one who is free from ego. Today I pray for moments of silence to reflect on the idea of tuning into Truth. So I feel like I’m giving more in my interactions with people. I have a desire to give and feel like I’m ready to make this career. Not for the sake of making money, though I admit I still want to make a comfortable living and travel more, but more for the reason of choosing to spend all my time being focused on Source. I’m doing that now in my everyday life, at my J-O-B and in my theater endeavors, but I’m creating the joy of making this material my career NOW before it becomes physical reality. 


B. DREAM ENTRY:
 

Dreams are interesting. Had a dream which was like the Butterfly Effect, but with positive repercussions. As if the choices I’m making now are effecting the past and the future and creating a new destiny. This certainly tells me that my subconscious is on board with this fitness program.

3. It can be done individually or in small groups. Therefore it doesn’t take much effort to initiate the Quest process.
4. I think I’ve offered a diversity of exercises in terms of physical fitness. So it should never get boring.
5. The book is very interactive and can be as personal as the one who answers the questions wants to make it.

(b) 1. I think setting a 30 day Quest is unique, especially since the Quest can be non-fitness related. You can pursue goals in career, relationships or personal growth.
2. There’s emotional leverage offered in these routines. There’s a lot of value in the emotional element in a workout not explored in traditional personal training.
3. These exercises also enhance communication skills. The things you’re asking and requesting of your own mind can also be done for others in normal conversation.
4. Unlocking deeper intelligence. The exercises constantly ask you to go deep within where there is a deeper awareness. This can’t do anything but help in all aspects of life.
5. Tune into your spirit. I know this is controversial but for those looking for a spiritual connection, the exercises encourage you to ask the tough questions that will help you transcend the ego and have an experiential understanding of the spirit.

(c) 1. First of all, the obvious answer is the physical fitness training. This training provides a supercharged emotional momentum toward the 30 day Quests.
2. There are very diverse physical training techniques that will help you sculpt your body more easily and effectively, increasing confidence, which Life Coaching doesn’t provide solely on its own.
3. Emotions enhanced and heightened through the physical training. The combination of Personal Training and Life Coaching makes you even more sensitive to your emotions and how you communicate because of the synergy between the physical and mental.
4. In group coaching you can develop deeper rapport with others because of the intense physical interaction. It goes beyond mere group communication.
5. Obviously improved overall health and decreased risk of health disorders.

(a) The only thing keeping us from our joy is the ego.  To transcend the ego and reach our natural place in life, we can see that entertainment, history and literature have laid out the natural progression for this transcending act. We need only see the pattern and follow it.

What does the physical fitness component have to do with the Quest?

(b) To my readers and for the purpose of this Quest, the physical fitness heightens the sense of accomplishment by changing the body’s physiology. It’s an easy fit because the bodily component finishes the “holy trinity” of mind, body and spirit. For a future goal intention and my personal purposes, the physical fitness component should be easier to market and build a client base because taking physical action can be very  powerful.

(c) 1. Increased Confidence. The Quest has helped me transcend my ego so there is no “confidence” necessary, only faith that I’m One with Source and that is always enough in any circumstance.
2. Deepen My Spiritual Life. My spiritual life is very rich and deep now, especially after taking this Quest. My growth lies in sharing this with others willing to open their hearts to this story. Writing this book, being persistent about sharing this with those who choose exposure to this material, will lead to even deeper spiritual awareness. That is what is meant by the giving/receiving dynamic I've been journaling about.
3. Develop Content for Book. Well, here I am on the 7th phase of the journey with 12 chapters in. It would be silly to stop now. Mission is being accomplished. The measurable results are that I've composed 366 pages of material in 24 days!
4. New Person in 30 Days. The only “new person” I sought to become, though I didn’t know it at the time, was a spiritual being aware of his ego’s limitations. Now I see my ego and it’s effects on my life more clearly. I’m a “new person” in that every day, every moment, is an attempt to connect with spirit.

(a) My life is merely symbolic of how the deeper you choose to look within yourself, the greater you abilities are to create miracles. This is nothing more than a testament to the grandeur of God/Source which has no reason to inspire the grandiosity from my ego.
